Owner Portal Access
Monthly Statements
We provide monthly statements to all owners. Custom reports can be provided to you upon request. We can also deposit your funds directly into the account of your choice.
Fee Transparency
We believe our pricing strategy should be clear and concise. We charge a small percentage of monthly rent, a one-time move-in fee, and a tenant term renewal fee. That’s it.
Exceptional Tenants
Every one of our tenants undergoes a four point screening process which includes an income verification, background check, rental verification, and credit check.
FAQs
When do I receive payment and statements?
Owner statements and draws are sent out between the 5th and the 10th of each month, this includes all activity from the month prior.
How is my asset protected?
In addition to property inspections, we also require insurance policies from all of our residents.
Do you provide due diligence services?
Yes, we do! We believe due diligence is critical from the beginning and we are happy to walk alongside you every step of the way!
