When is rent due? 

Rent is due on the first and late after midnight on the third of each month.

How can I pay rent?

You can pay via credit card or e-check on your resident portal.  If you would like to make a cash payment, simply let our office know so we can set you up with a pay-slip to pay at your nearest participating convenience store.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted via your resident portal. Log into your resident portal. Then, click the Maintenance tab in your dashboard to submit a request for service. For urgent or after hour requests, please give us a call at (940) 353-3368.
